In the Be My Valentine Screen Saver, a MIDI-based romantic-sounding tune plays as hearts of various sizes fall from the top of screen. You may adjust the speed each size heart, add your valentine's name, and display a cute "Be My Valentine" graphic where you think it looks best. Other options include the ability to add an animated Cupid that flies across your screen shooting arrows, display a digital clock, and show a customizable message. Your sweetie should appreciate seeing this on their PC on Valentine's day (along with getting a box of chocolate and some flowers of course).
