Change Folder Icons is the only one of its kind tool to change standard yellow folder icons to other bright icons found. Don't you know how to change standard yellow folder to a colourful and bright? Change Folder Icons is an award-winning tool for Windows intended to find thousands of bright icons in your computer and change Windows folder icons simply! As against other similar programs Change Folder Icons changes folder icons so that while copying to another computer, CD or any removable drive bright icons are kept. Also you can view changed icons via Network and set colourful icons for network folders. With a help of Change Folder Icons you can: - change icon of the folder pressing right mouse button on it and selecting pop-up menu item; - change icon of the drive as well as folder selecting 'Change Drive Icon' item from drive pop-up menu; - search icons in all your computer files starting with selected folder; - search icons with specified parameters 'Number of colors' and 'Size in pixels'; - extract icons from any type of files (.exe, .dll, .lib, .icl etc.); - export all icons from file to .ico files; - find all folder icons changed by another program or manually and make them portable to another place and independent from the icon source files; - set description for folders, which you can see in Windows Explorer; - make your own libraries from found icons. What's new in version 7.5. Now you can: - drag-and-drop groups of files and folders at once to the list of found icons; - manually write/edit/delete the 'path for icons...' in 'Settings' window; - make all necessary actions with found icons using right mouse click (2 new menu items are added: * Icon actions: actions for one icon; * List actions: actions for several icons).
